Singer Lana Del Rey, 39, and Jeremy Dufrene tied the knot on Thursday, Sept. 26, at the bayou in Des Allemands, Louisiana, where Dufrene works as a captain for Arthur’s Air Boat Tours, according to the Daily Mail. The couple officially obtained a marriage license from the Clerk of Court in Lafourche Parish on Sept. 23 and had 30 days to finalize their marriage. Photos by the Daily Mail showed Lana Del Rey wearing a floor-length white gown with ruffled necklines, her hair tied up with a light blue ribbon, while Dufrene wore a dark suit paired with brown shoes.
The ceremony took place under a white tent by the waterside, with tables and chairs set up outside for a reception dinner. The event was attended by the singer’s sister, Caroline Grant, and her brother, Charlie Hill-Grant. However, Lana Del Rey’s mother, Patricia Hill, was not seen in any of the photos.
The romance between Del Rey and Dufrene first made headlines in May 2024, when she tagged him in an Instagram post, referring to him as her “guy.” They later attended model Karen Elson’s wedding in New York City on Sept. 7, where the couple was photographed holding hands and looking happy together.
Dufrene, a father of three from a previous relationship, has been with Lana Del Rey since 2019, when she joined him on one of his wild game tours. She shared photos from the tour on Facebook, and their connection grew from there. Though Del Rey had never been married before, she confirmed her relationship with Dufrene in September 2024, and they are now officially husband and wife.
